Very large black marble fire surround

There's a pic of this earlier on the website (ref 2334 ) prior to its removal, but we've finally got round to setting it up at work which was a bit of a job as the shelf is so heavy (its 2.5 inches thick and 6 foot 6 long). Its a magnificent thing with a good shine and came from a huge house in Dundee. We still have most of the hearth tiles as we'll which could be useful as the inner jambs should be raised up, on top of the tiles which is why there looks like a gap at the very bottom of the feet.
There is a chip to the moulding under the shelf which could be filled if necessary, but its nothing very major, I'll get a pic of it up soon and there is a large ish area in the middle of the shelf that looks like a fossil? but may be where a central object like a clock has rubbed the surface.
Thats not all meant to put people off, but its better to point these things out and at the end of the day, its still a belter of a fire and would take a big fire or stove.
Building dated to the 1860's.
Interestingly, we have an almost identical fire that came from another job we did in Dundee some years ago, so it may be a localised style?
