Spiral staircase

After many years, another spiral staircase. Lovely thing but quite small in its dimensions, so it wouldn't conform to modern building regs, but could be used where you didn't need them, for example, as a secondary route or to a mezzanine. Its been inside, so its in good condition ( a lot of external ones have terribly rusted bolts ) and its all there; pole-about 115 inches with its original pole base, 13 treads measuring 21 inches from the centre of the pole to the edge, the top platform- a quarter circle 24 inches across, 2 newel posts, 11 stair spindles with threaded bolts plus 2 more which have been snapped, but we can sort this, and 7 landing spindles, again plus one snapped one, and various bits of handrail.
Cast iron, of course.
