Very large and grand towel rail

No need to have to say that this monster towel rail came out of a very large grand house. It measures 49 inches long by 46 high (not including the timber base blocks). These things used to work with low pressure gravity water systems, and when put into a new pressurised system, they can leak at the seams, and one of the pics shows the greenish copper oxide that is around one of the knuckles that shows that there is an 'issue' here. This towel rail though, in theory, can be taken to pieces as the bars aren't brazed, and its such a huge and magnificent thing that its got to be worth someone fixing, or even using it as a towel rail without a heat source.
NOTE. Looking at the pics late at night as I sit by my lonely self typing, I see that not all the joints are removable, and some are in fact brazed.
