this little beauty came from an old shop in Byers rd, Glasgow and is in terrific condition, with all its original art nouveau tiles ( a couple are cracked). Its makers badge says that it was made by 'The Welcome Fire Co. 84 Main St Glasgow S.S.' The basic size of it is 43 inches wide (the frame) by 54 high, and it would need a recess of 36 inches wide to sit into.
